On behalf of Legalise Cannabis Victoria, Rachel introduced a motion for a Parliamentary Inquiry into the potential for Industrial Hemp in Victoria.

Rachel rose in the Legislative Council to speak to the proposed amendments for the Human Source Management Bil (2023) which seeks to introduce legislation to guide and provide increased oversight of police use of ethically-obtained, human, sources of information.
