Victorian Legislative Council, Melbourne – Rachel Payne discusses the Impacts of Cannabis on Driving Performance
On Wednesday 14th of August, Rachel Payne MP addressed her adjournment matter to the Minister for Sport, calling for a commitment to complete the Women’s Centre of Excellence in Casey.
Rachel Payne spoke during the debate on the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Amendment (Pill Testing Pilot for Drug Harm Reduction) Bill 2023.
Rachel seeks a commitment from the Minister for Equality around protecting bodily autonomy for people with an intersex variation in Victoria, similar to recent legislative protections enacted in the ACT.
Rachel Payne spoke during the debate on Notice of Motion 124.
Rachel Payne MP asked the Minister for Small Business if the government will commit to continued funding for the Partners in Wellbeing program. Partners in Wellbeing is an initiative which has been supporting small businesses since the pandemic but is set to cease in 2025.
Rachel Payne MP directed a question on notice to the Attorney-General, relating to Assisted Reproductive Treatment legislation.
A final report was released in 2019 by Michael Gorton AM, providing recommendations to be implemented for the amendment and modernisation of laws regarding Assisted Reproductive Treatment.
