Victorian Legislative Council, Melbourne – Rachel Payne discusses the Impacts of Cannabis on Driving Performance

Rachel Payne gave her Adjournment speech reflecting on the ‘Writing Themselves in 4’ report on World Mental Health Day.

Rachel has previously raised her concerns in the chamber about the dissolution of the Victorian Assisted Reproductive Treatment Authority (VARTA), which was responsible for the regulation of Assisted Reproductive Treatment, and education programs.

Rachel asked a question regarding the proposed appointment and renumeration of 500 family violence workers in Victoria.

Rachel Payne gave an Adjournment Speech asking the Trade and Investment minister to brief the parliament on what business opportunities came from Global Victoria attending the International Cannabis Business Conference in Berlin.

Rachel Payne spoke in support of a Documents motion asking for the release of the Illicit Tobacco Review report.

Rachel Payne asked the Minister for Local Government, Minister Horne, about a constituent’s concern about the lack of a LGBTIQ+ Advisory Committee in the Greater Dandenong council area.
