Youth Homelessness continues to be an issue for Victoria and Rachel is keen to support motions that improve the lives and opportunities for disadvantaged and marginalised young people living independently and sometimes, on the streets.
Rachel is also seeking to support programs and organisations who go a long way to tackle issues of social exclusion and who offer rehabilitation programs within the community.
Together, we can help young people, and people who have had a bad start, regain their agency. Because everyone deserves a second chance.
